What to Expect on Your First Visit
Your first visit to ChiroFit & Wellness is all about understanding your body, your concerns, and your goals. We take a thorough, patient-centered approach so you feel confident and informed every step of the way.
1. WHEN YOU ARRIVE - you will greet with a warm welcome and you'll complete a brief intake form covering your health history, current symptoms, and lifestyle habits.
2. CONSULTATION - you'll sit down one-on-one with the doctor to discuss your concerns in detail.
3. COMPREHENSIVE EXAMINATION - Vitals, Posture analysis, Range of Motion analysis, Orthopedics and Neurological checks. (if necessary, we may recommend imaging for better understanding of your condition)
4. REPORT OF FINDINGS - After your exam, we'll explain exactly what is going on in clear, simple terms. No confusing jargon - just real answers. You'll also receive a personalized care plan tailored to your goals.
5. FIRST TREATMENT (When Appropriate) - In most cases, you'll receive your first chiropractic adjustment during this visit and massage
6. NEXT STEPS & CARE PLAN - Before you leave, we'll outline your recommended care schedule, home exercises and strategies to help you heal faster and stay well longer.
